Initial comprehensive psychiatric eval.: $325.00
45 minute psychotherapy: $ 260.00
30 minute psychotherapy: $ 185.00

This is a fee for service practice. Payment is due on the date of the appointment.
That said, insurance reimbursement is still often available at the "out of network" level. The statement provided with every appointment contains all of the information your insurer needs to process a claim. The reimbursement check then goes to you. Check with your insurer about the specifics.
I am not accepting new Medicare patients and am not a Medicaid provider

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
